There are 3 steps to register and pay for the cross country season. The deadline for all 3 steps is August 9th.
ATHLETE REGISTRATION FORM
Complete this form to register for the cross country team for this season. This form should be completed by a parent
DRAGONFLY
All Lakeside sports use DragonFly to confidentially manage the health of athletes. Within DragonFly you complete forms required by the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) and Georgia High School Association (GHSA), including uploading the athlete's physical. In the DragonFly app when you are cleared, all forms will show in green as Approved, and the status will show in green as 202x Ready

Physical

One of the medical forms required is a physical. The physical is valid for 12 months from the date of the exam. Click here for the approved GHSA Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form.

Contract

Read and ponder. Sign the version in DragonFly.

DUES
Pay your dues of $240 by Zelle, Square, check or cash
